Vanity| FOTD:Smokey Contour

I wore this look out to a jazz night with my lady friends.

Products Used:
Eyebrows: Benefit Brow Zings in Dark

Eyes: Urban Decay Perversion pencil all over the lid. I used the matte black in the Naked 2 palette to blend out the edges of the pencil and over the top of it to set it. In the inner corners, I used Suspect in the Naked 2 Palette and Foxxy on the brow bone as a highlight. L'Oreal Liquid Liner and Benefit They're Real mascara.

*TIP*Because I wanted to use a lot of highlighting and contouring, I kept my eyeshadow matte as to not compete with the shine of the highlighter.

Face: I used Benefit's Watts Up Highlighter on my cheekbones and in my T-Zone. I chose not to use a foundation, opting for MAC Pro Concealer in NW45 under my eyes and around my lips. Under my cheekbones, I used Inglot's AMC Powder in 68 and swept it along my temples and at my jawline. I chose not to wear a blush...instead, I blended the contour and highlight on the apples of my cheeks.

Lips: Lip balm...easy peasy...only because I was going to eat and I hate the cleanup involved in eating with lipstick.

Of course....check out my book, Counter Girls! www.counter-girls.com for all the secrets behind being a department store makeup artist.
